If you’re coming from Lime St, it’s easy. Go out of the side exit of the station (by Starbucks), go onto the main road until you pass the Empire (through the roadworks), then cross over the road after St George’s Hall. Head down over the paved area, past the fountain, statues and towards St John’s Gardens. The art gallery and the library are on your right before the World Museum. You should recognise the front of the museum from Flux 😉 Enjoy your day. I went a couple of weeks ago and spent hours in there. It’s wonderfully done and absolutely brilliant for us fans. And please do check out the videos from scientists that are spotted around. A lot of people were ignoring them, but they are really interesting. As a side note, I recommend hopping into the library just to check out the beautiful new (relatively!l staircase and the old Picton reading room. If you have time, do go down to the Albert Dock and the Pierhead as well though! Although the exhibition isn’t there, it is really nice, and you can spot some more Flux settings along the way too 🙂

More than that, there’s a lot that isn’t explained about how it works. I always viewed it to need a Funny Cat On A Bike T shirt that’s at least somewhat close to the size of your target, meaning that slamming a single X-Wing into the Death Star is just going to give you a pancaked X-Wing, very precise aim and timing, and doing so creates an unpredictable pattern of shrapnel and destruction to things that are relatively close together, but it only spreads if it has a pathway to take. In short, it can be devastating, but it requires you to sacrifice a high value capital ship, is extremely limited in the situations in which it’s useful, presents extreme risks of friendly fire, and while there are high value targets that might be worth the sacrifice, it simply wouldn’t work on them. All of this is supported by how it’s presented in the film, but of course, none of that serves the narrative that MOVIE BAD, so it will be presented in the most lore-breaking way possible to explain how it breaks lore in spite of the circumstances under which we see it in the actual film.
